SHIPPING & REPLACEMENT

Shipping

All artworks are printed and shipped from Germany.

Order are dispatched between 1-3 days and shipping is from 5-10 days from the time of dispatch. These are the average shipping times and in some cases may vary.

Taxes

Please be advised that local taxes and/or import duties may be applied and are not included in the shipping cost.

The payable taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office/tax authorities to get an idea of any extra payment that may apply. 

Packaging

Your fine art prints are carefully covered with recyclable tissue paper, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds.

Your order is then placed into a recyclable cardboard tube.

Logistic services

Worldwide shipping is carried out by DHL.

All packages have track and trace. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate e-mail once your order has been dispatched. 

I can’t take responsibility for any delays out of my control, like customs delays, deliveries to remote places, etc. 

Important: Please be aware that if you release the signature on your delivery it happens at your own risk and we will not cover if the package is lost or stolen.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refuse delivery

If you refuse the delivery of your order, unfortunately, that does not mean the parcel will be returned to us automatically. Instead, the parcel might be destroyed.

It is the customer's full responsibility and we can not offer refunds for refused deliveries that have been destroyed.

Replacement

If you receive a damaged artwork, please contact me with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item. In this way a replacement can be made and sent to you (payment of the invoiced amount is not possible).

Replacements must be made within a 30 day period.

My business is predicated on having quality products arrive safely to collectors homes, so it is in my best interest that I use the best printing and shipping companies to make sure deliveries arrive quickly and safely. 

Please understand that other than products arriving damaged, all sales are final.
