Ink Paintings
The 2-part title "Ink Paintings" is an artificial term.
"Ink" stands for the process, "painting" for the appearance. Strictly speaking, my pieces of art are not paintings in the conventional sense - with the right paper they only appear that way and with the right expertise they could just as easily be painted. I concentrate more on the creative process and the development of new designs. For my artworks I use fine art inkjet printers of the highest industry standard, which produce Ultrachrome K3 prints in high-end quality.
Exclusive Editions
EXCLUSIVE EDITIONS OF ONLY 3 PER SIZE
The price of an artwork results not only from the market value of the artist but also from its scarcity.
I follow the selective principle of the art market and produce only 3 originals per size of each artwork I create. You thus receive an exclusive original while paving the way for a later collector's market.
Prints
Museum quality Giclée prints on Hahnemühle Photorag, a 308 gsm archival paper with matt finish.
The paper allows for muted blacks, excellent detail and an even color reproduction. With its chalky smooth cotton base, texture is minimal which creates brilliant color gradients. It guarantees archival conservation of colours for the highest possible age resistance.
I recommend handling this paper carefully to avoid the edges fraying.
By default all prints have a white border. This is for safe transport and should only be removed when framing.
The prints are fabricated only in Germany.
Colours
Due to the calibration differences between computer monitors, tablets, smartphones etc., the colours of the art prints shown on our website may vary slightly from the actual art prints.

Some of the sizes listed in the price list are rounding values. The values given here in brackets correspond to the actual output format. By default all prints also have a white border.

Proof of Authenticity
Almost invisible but still present, my logo is stamped into every work of art. It is located in the bottom right-hand corner, thus unmistakably identifying this piece as an original and protecting it from imitators.
Customization
Most print orders can also be made in almost any size up to 190 x 152 cm (75 x 60 inches). By default all prints also have a white border.
Packaging
Your fine art prints are carefully covered with recyclable tissue paper, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds.
Your order is then placed into a robust 100% sustainably sourced recyclable cardboard tube.
